'The Arts Club' in London for works drinks…possibly the best steak ever…along with some healthy trimmings! The meal crept on throughout from lunch till early morning…good times.

Day 1 - Cucumber for lunch with soy sauce…no carbs in sight!

Day 1 - No carbs or sugar….I had the superfood salad with radish, spinach, rocket, chicken, tomatoes, soya beans and some mozzarella. YUM!

Meal with the gang at Le Pain Quotidien…roast veg and chicken tartines with a side salad/chorizo and prawn salad…polished off with a strawberry tart and earl grey! Great Saturday munch!
